Case Study: Arizona Marina

Marina Resort Seawall — Arizona

Project:
50-year old marina and resort on the riverfront was demolished and a new $14 million resort is being built to include a hotel, pool and spa with a marina, restaurants and more.

Solution:
Truline commercial seawall material was selected to support the upland infrastructure and transition to the floating dock system. In addition, Truline was chosen for its clean aesthetics and long service life. After the seawall was approved by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, construction began with the hybrid system, which allowed installers to construct a strong 8” poured-in-place concrete seawall with vinyl protection.
